Narwhal Media Group (NMG) is a leading digital transformation provider based in Bristol. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager to join our team and take care of our valued lead generation customers once they have been onboarded by our fantastic sales team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or customer relations.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, strategic and creative thinking individual who  is passionate about digital marketing, specifically Google Ads. The successful candidate will be someone who is keen to share their experience, has a desire to strive for results and loves to question everything. An analytical mindset and a creative flair are a must for this role, along with the ability to make data-informed decisions.

The overall purpose of this role is to support the paid delivery team in implementing Google Ads strategy for lead generation campaigns. You will also be responsible for setting up, optimising and monitoring campaigns with assistance from senior colleagues.

The role will drive PPC performance through the day-to-day management and effective implementation of best-in-class strategy.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Google Ads Manager with 2-3+ years of experience
  • Google Ads Accredited
  • Proven and successful track record of Google Ads marketing
  • Able to analyse data and produce meaningful reports for colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work with the wider team to ensure the maximum ROI is delivered with every campaign
  • Ability to take feedback on board, offer and implement solutions
  • A degree or background in Data Analytics is preferred but not essential
  • Some experience of alternative ad plantforms like Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads preferred but not essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively set up and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive business value to our lead generation clients, demonstrated through success criteria
  • Communicate results in a practical and solution-oriented way to achieve a high degree of long-term client satisfaction. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and return on investment
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and development; keeping up to date with the latest emerging tools and how this affects campaigns
  • Reporting as required to Group MD
